Onesphori is an expert in logistics and transport management systems. He did his practical training with the Surface and Marine Transport Regulation Authority (SUMATRA), currently known as the Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LATRA), where he gained much experience. He was also attached with Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) and was supervising cargo loading and offloading. Onesphori holds a Bachelor degree in Logistics and Transport Management from the National Institute of Transport (NIT). He earlier studied a Diploma in the same discipline offered by the same institute. Onesphori is also a trained driver, holding an Advanced Driver’s Certificate Grade II (VIP).
